Brian J. Graber
Brian Graber is from the southside of Chicago, graduating from Brother Rice High School in 1991. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and attended DePaul University College of Law. Within days of being sworn in as an attorney, Brian tried his first case to verdict before a jury obtaining a successful result for his client. Since then, for the last ten years, 100% of Brian’s practice has been devoted to litigation of claims involving nursing home abuse and neglect, auto and trucking collisions, medical negligence, construction negligence, employment discrimination, product liability, and premises liability, including liability for criminal acts of a third party. Prior to starting his own law firm, Brian obtained millions of dollars worth of settlements and judgments over the years for his clients.
In 2010, Brian started his own law firm dedicated to the aggressive representation of persons injured or killed as a result of nursing home neglect and abuse, auto and trucking collisions, construction negligence, employment discrimination, product liability, Dramshop, FELA, premises liability, and the Animal Control Act.
